How Aziz AI conversations are handled
Short version: your questions and the AI’s answers may be stored, encrypted, for a limited time so Aziz can review how the assistant performs. Don’t share sensitive information, and you can delete your conversation at any time.
The details
Plain languagePurpose
Stored conversations are reviewed by Aziz — the site owner — to check answer quality, catch mistakes and improve Aziz AI. Nothing else.
What is stored
The questions you type, the answers the assistant gives, and operational metadata (timestamps, response status, latency, a coarse topic label). Message text is encrypted at the application layer before storage. Conversations are keyed by a pseudonymous identifier — not by your IP address, name or account (there are no accounts).
Retention
Raw messages are kept for 30 days, conversation-level summaries for 90 days; both are then deleted automatically. Anonymous aggregate counts (how many questions per day, topics, error rates) may be kept longer.
Owner review
Only Aziz can read stored conversations, through an authenticated private dashboard. A daily summary email reports counts, topics and first-question excerpts — not full transcripts.
Deletion
Use Delete session on the interview page at any time: it permanently removes your stored messages, the conversation record and its indexes. Deletion is confirmed in the interface.
What never happens
Conversations are never sold or shared with advertisers, and there is no advertising tracking on this site. Nothing you write becomes part of Aziz AI’s professional knowledge automatically — the assistant’s facts change only through Aziz’s own governed review process.
What you should not share
Please don’t include sensitive personal data or confidential business information in your questions — the assistant doesn’t need it to assess Aziz’s fit for a role.
